• How long does delivery takes?     Pre-Orders can take up to about 2-8 weeks to arrive. Once they are here, we ship them off and our standard shipping time is 3-7 days. Orders are only processed on business days Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days.  
  • Can I change the shipping address after making an order?     Please send us an email request with your details and we will do our best to get back to you ASAP. If the order has already been shipped, we apologize but there isn't any way to change the order shipping address.
  • How do I track my package?     You can track the status of your order anytime by emailing us at MiniBossBabyBoutique@Gmail.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours!
  • Do you ship internationally?     We currently do no offer international shipping. This is something that we may have available in the near future.


  • Do you offer returns?     We strive to only provide our customers with the highest quality products, therefore each item is inspected before it leaves the warehouse. If by any chance you receive an item that is defective, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a FULL refund. 
  • Can I get a refund on my order?      We will provide a full refund if you did not receive your order or if it arrived damaged. Please visit our Refund Policy Page for the full information
  • Can I cancel my order?     We can cancel an order as long as the order has not been shipped within 48 hours since placing the order by sending us a cancellation request to MiniBossBabyBoutique@Gmail.com 


  • How can I use my promotion code?     To receive your discount, enter the code into the "Coupon" box at the checkout. If the promotion code isn’t working, please make sure it has been entered correctly. The promotional discount will be applied immediately before payment is taken.
  • Care & Maintenance     We highly recommend hand wash or using delicate programs in your washing machine with low temperature in order to avoid defects on the clothes.
